What I offer...

Counselling and Coaching Services

Overview of Services
I provide a range of support options to meet individual needs, including both long-term and short-term counselling, general coaching, ADHD coaching, as well as a blended approach that combines elements of counselling and coaching. This flexible offering is designed to ensure that you receive the most appropriate support for your circumstances.

Free Initial Consultation
To help you decide whether my services are right for you, I offer a free initial 20-30-minute introduction meeting, this can be via the telephone, online or in person. This introductory meeting gives us the opportunity to discuss the issues that have prompted you to seek counselling. During this conversation, I will also outline my approach to therapy, so you can make an informed decision about whether I am the right counsellor for you.

Finding the Right Support
If, after our introduction meeting, it is apparent that a different type of support or service might better meet your needs, I will discuss this with you openly. I am happy to help you find an alternative therapist or service that would be more suitable, ensuring you receive the most appropriate care.

Please note that I am unable to work with individuals who are already engaged in ongoing therapy with another counsellor, therapist, or agency.

The First Session: Assessment
Your first session will serve as an initial assessment. During this session, I will gather more detailed information to better understand the issues you wish to address and your goals for therapy. I will also explain how I work, and together we can discuss your aims for the therapeutic process. This is also an ideal opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapy or coaching process.

Ongoing Sessions
In subsequent sessions, I will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, focusing on the specific issues you wish to discuss. The content and direction of each session are guided by your needs and preferences.

During our work together, we will conduct a regular reviews. This review places you at the centre of your therapeutic journey, providing a chance to reflect on your progress, discuss how therapy is unfolding, and consider any changes you would like to make to the process moving forward.
