I understand that at times it may be necessary to cancel your appointment. However, as each appointment which you book is specifically reserved for you, there is a cancellation fee. I will discuss the cancellation policy with you in your initial assessment appointment.

Cancelled assessments:

If you need to cancel your assessment, please let me know. Cancelled assessments do not incur any cancellation fees, however if you have an assessment appointment booked but you do not attend without notifying me, I may not be able to offer a further assessment appointment
