Cancellation of Appointments

I appreciate that circumstances may arise which make it necessary for you to cancel your appointment. Please be aware that each appointment is specifically allocated for your use. Therefore, 24 hours notice is required otherwise a cancellation fee will apply. The details of the cancellation policy will be fully explained during your initial assessment appointment.

Cancelled Assessments

If you find that you need to cancel your assessment, I kindly ask that you inform me as soon as possible. There is no cancellation fee for assessments that are cancelled in advance. However, if you have an assessment appointment scheduled and do not attend without providing prior notice, it may not be possible to offer you a further assessment appointment.
