I provide a non-judgmental, respectful, supportive and confidential environment.

I believe the quality of the relationship is paramount to the therapeutic work. A positive relationship ensures you will be heard and respected, which allows those who I work with to find a better understanding of themselves, at their pace.

I work using an integrative approach, drawing on my psychology degree, my person-centered training, and other methodologies I have knowledge of, this includes the psychodynamic approach, cognitive behavioural therapy, (CBT). I understand  everyone is a unique individual,  therefore sessions are tailored to meet a person's needs.
