I am an accredited therapeutic counsellor, through the British Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors (BACP).
I provide a non-judgmental, respectful, supportive and confidential environment.

I believe the quality of the relationship is paramount to the therapeutic work. A positive relationship ensures you will be heard and respected, which allows those who I work with to find a better understanding of themselves, at their pace.

I work using an integrative approach, drawing on my psychology degree, my person-centred training, and other methodologies I have knowledge of, this includes the psychodynamic approach, cognitive behavioural therapy, (CBT). I understand everyone is a unique individual, therefore sessions are tailored to meet a person's needs.

Presentations I work with...
As a therapist, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each bringing their own unique experiences and challenges. Through this work, I have come to appreciate that the issues people encounter are often complex and can effect individuals differently.
